The Bill (Reg. No.0068) envisages ratification of the Agreement, pursuant to which, the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany renders a possibility to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or other beneficiaries chosen commonly by the governments of both countries to obtain loans and grants from the Reconstruction Credit Institute (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) for implementation of projects in Ukraine.
The Committee members stated that ratification of the Agreement would make it possible for Ukraine to obtain funds from the federal Republic of Germany in order to realize a number of Projects.
