The Bill (Re.№1374) presupposes the determination of the legislative principles organization and the order of the state national referendum in Ukraine
The Bill includes norms on the Ukrainian referendum. In particular, regarding the national referendum on the people´s initiative, national referendum on the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, national referendum on the changes of the territory of Ukraine. The bill presupposes the limitation regarding the conducting of the referendum, principles of the citizens´ participation, implementations of the finance principles for the preparation and conduction of the state national referendum in Ukraine etc.
