According to the bill (Re.№2137) it is suggested to determine the legislative principles for the creation and the activity of the wholesale markets of the agricultural goods in Ukraine, that must regulate the relations in this sphere and assist the effectiveness of the industry.
According to the bill, "wholesale markets of the agricultural goods is the subject of the entrepreneurship, that is formed due to the law abd the aim of its activity is the creation of the necessary conditions of the buying and selling, conclusion of the treaties".
