According to the Bill (Re.№1138) it is suggested to introduce the amendments to the item 1 of the law, due to which the tenure of office the member of The Highest Board of Justice in case when the corresponding institution has not nominated the new representative.
During the meeting of The Committee it was claimed that the suggested amendments are supposed to eliminate imperfection of regulatory and legal control of the organization and activity of The Highest Board of Justice issue. Moreover, it will help to improve quality and terms for consideration of the information about the violation by the judges the demands of the legislation and the reaction on such information. It is supposed to improve the effectiveness of the Board work.
The Members of the Committee suppose that the adoption of the bill will facilitate the in time reaction on the violation of the oath by the judges.
