The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled Recommends that Parliament Adopts as the Basis the Bill on the Introducing of Amendments to the Law "On the General Mandatory State Pension Insurance" (Due to Insurance Arrangements of Social Security of Ukrainian Citizens , Which are in its Range)

At the meeting the bill(re.№2537) stated that in the effective law should be excluded  the statute of suspension  the payment of pension for the time pensioners stay abroad.

 

As to the summary of debates the members of Committee expressed the sustention on the Bill "only subject to elaboration and securing on the bill-level effective mechanism of payment of pension abroad, similar expected by the international conventions and agreement".
