It is suggested by the bill (Re №3128) to hold the parliamentary hearings on the 10th of December 2008on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights with the title: "Adoption of the international standards in the human rights sphere in Ukraine: legislative and legitimate aspects."
During the discussion the People´s Deputies stressed on the necessity of the celebration of such a significant date by the Parliament as from the year 1948 the Human Rights Day is celebrated on the 10th of December in the whole world.
