According to the bill (Re. №2657) it is suggested to clarify the list of state property objects that are not to be privatized taking into the concuderation the changes that have taken place in the organozational, legislative and property state of the corresponding state enterprices, institutions etc.
In particular it was stressed on the Committee´s meeting that it is supposed to introduce the amendments to the list of the state property objects that are not to be privatized as to the unification of the list ( appendix 1) and the list of state property objects that are not to be privatized but mughtbe corporatized (appendix 2) and to exclude from the list of the prohibited for the privatization objects, those that can be corporatized 144 objects, that "have lost the peculiarities of the state importance, have been liquidated, reorganized according to the governing bodies decision etc" .
