The Bill (Reg. No.1418) introduces a number of amendments to the Civil Code, the Code on Administrative Infringements, the Laws "On Financial and Credit Mechanisms, and Property Management by Housing Construction and Operations with Real Estate", "On Design and Site Development", and some other laws. The amendments enhance protection of interests of housing construction investors, State supervision and control over the said market.
