The Committee recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratifies the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Equatorial Guinea on trade and economic cooperation (Reg. No.0062). The said Agreement envisages that the Contractual Parties should provide most-favoured nation treatment regarding duties and charges.
The Committee also recommends that The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratifies the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Equatorial Guinea on facilitation and mutual protection of investments (Reg. No.0064).
