The Bill (Reg. No.3014) envisages introduction of the contract form of employment of the leaders of customs bodies and their assistants, leaders and other employees of the departments in charge of control and customs clearance of commodities and vehicles that are transferred through the customs border of Ukraine.
The Committee members drew attention to the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as regards "non-compliance of the Bill with several effective legislative regulations and all-European tendencies of development of the Ukrainian public service".
The Committee members recommend that the Bill be adopted as a basis. However, the remarks of the experts and the motions of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine are to be taken into account.
