According to the Bill (Re. №3024) it is suggested to leave the sum of the value-added tax at the disposal agricultural commodity producers, and not to include into the sum of the gross incomes of the agricultural commodity producers in order to accomplish the taxation on the enterprices income.
According to the bill the mentioned tax privileges will be received by the agricultural enterprises of divergent forms of ownership under the condition, the realization of the agricultural production of the own producing and the products of it recycling will form not less than 75 % of the total income sum.
