I would highly appreciate You accept my sincere condolences on the occasion of the death of your relatives.
With the deep grief we accepted the news from Russia on Sunday. This tragedy resounded in hearts of Ukrainian citizens who suffer with all the citizens of Russian Federation in these hard times on the part of your fatal loss.
My sincere condolences to Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembley of the Russian Federation, Sergey Mironov and to The Chairman of the State Duma Boris Grizlov on the part of the grief that has overtaken the Russian people.
