The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the Bill on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine (regarding the implementation of intermediate courts resolutions)

According to the Bill (Re. 1399) it is suggested to introduce the amendments to Civil-procedural Code of Ukraine. Laws "On mortgage",  On State administrative service", "On executive conduction", "On assurance of creditors demands" and "On intermediate courts " concerning the authority of the courts.
