Elaboration of the Bill (Reg. No.2637) is stipulated by the necessity to eliminate discrepancies between the legislative acts of Ukraine and regulations of the Law "On Legal Principles of Civil Protection", as the Civil protection troops are conversed into the bodies and departments of civil protection.
The alterations appertain to the names of the ministry, bodies and departments in charge of civil protection; persons of the ranks and managerial staff that serve in the bodies and departments of civil protection.
