The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Trade Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria

The Bill (Reg. No.0063) envisages ratification of the Agreement, pursuant to which, the Contractual Parties secure most-favoured nation treatment concerning customs regulations and tariffs similar to customs ones,  as regards the total amount of commodity exchange. The exclusion appertains only to the special benefits granted within the scope of the regional agreements, or such as ensue the commitments to the neighbouring countries.
