The Working Group set up on 18.06.2008 studied the situation in Lviv as regards "attempts to capture the land plots by forging permits for construction of 15 gas stations and holiday housing buildings.
The Working Group scrutinized the relevant documents and passed the resolution that facts presented in the appeal of A.Sadovyi, Lviv mayor, regarding illegal alienation of land plots in Lviv, were valid.
The Committee is planning to initiate setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Illegal Capture of Land of Lviv City Council and Lviv Regional Council.
