The Bill (Reg. No.2329) is aimed at further enhancement of State regulation in the field of administrative liability of violators of financial discipline, banking legislation, use of public and municipal property, and management of objects in public ownership.
Pursuant to the amendments to the Law "On Banks and Banking Activity", bodies of the State Control-Revision Service are included into the list of institutions liable to obtain the information that includes bank secrecy.
Adoption of the Bill will enhance financial and budgetary discipline, promote efficient use of public resources, improve effective legislation, secure enhancement of liability for illegal misapplication of budget funds and violation of financial legislation.
