The Bill (Reg. No.2263-1) introduces a new procedure for purchase of goods, works and services for the State funds.
Inter alia, the Bill envisages the following:
placement of information concerning State purchases at the web-pages of the customers, and in the State official bulletin on State purchases of the Authorized body;
concentration of all regulatory and supervisory functions related to the State purchases in an authorized body a central executive body in charge of implementation of public economic policy authorized to fulfil the functions of a specially authorized executive body in charge of State purchases. The said body is, however, not authorized to scrutinize the complaints, as it appertains to authority of an independent body;
establishment of a cost limit that requires compulsory application of the Law.
