The Committee on fighting Organized Crime and Corruption upheld setting up of Three Temporary Inquiry Panels of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee members upheld setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Violation of The Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Laws, by Chaika V.D., Mayor of Mykolaiv, and other Officials of Mykolaiv City Council; Facts concerning Numerous Illegal Resolutions and Corruption Actions whilst fulfilling their duties, and Inefficient Management of Enterprises in Municipal Ownership and the Budget of Mykolaiv (Reg. No.2480);

 

Then the People´s Deputies endorsed setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel to investigate the circumstances surrounding Existence of a Corruption Scheme of transferring Subsoil Areas of Black Sea Continental Shelf near Kerch, and Issue of a Special Permit for Use of Subsoil Areas to the Company "Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd" (British Virgin Islands), and other Corruption Actions of the High-Ranking Officials related to Misappropriation of Nature Resources and Property (Reg. No.2590);

 

Moreover, the Committee members upheld setting up a Temporary Inquiry Panel to investigate Observance of Legislation and Protection of National Interests of Ukraine by Conclusion and Implementation of the Agreement on Distribution of Hydrocarbons that are to be extracted from the Subsoil Areas of Black Sea Continental Shelf near Kerch, between the State of Ukraine and the Company "Vanco International Ltd", (Reg. No.2590-1).
