The Bill (Reg. No.2213) coordinates regulations of effective Laws with the legal regulations of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine adopted by The Verkhovna Rada in 2005.
According to the Committee members, the Bill aims at protection of rights, liberties and interests of natural persons and legal entities from violations on the part of public authorities, local self-government bodies and their officials.
The regulations of the Law "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations" were also coordinated, as the Law is referred to the Committee´s competence.
The Committee resolved to uphold the Bill at the First Reading.
