The Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and the Disabled recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to Article 38 of the Law "On Principles of Social Protection of the Disabled in Ukraine" (re Right of the Disabled Person to obtain a Compensation for a Non-Received Motor Car)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2656),  "the disabled persons or legal representatives of the disabled children who are entitled to receive a motor car (optionally) can obtain a compensation of its cost on terms, under the procedure and in amount defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within ten years".
