The Committee on Juctice recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to Article 219 of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine (re Periods for Scrutiny of Appeals on Correction of Misprints and Arithmetic Errors in a Court Decision)

The Bill (Reg. No. 1090) prevents deliberate procrastination of realization of court decisions due to long-lasting correction of misprints and arithmetic errors.

 

Thus, the Bill establishes the procedural period during which the judge is to scrutinize the appeal on correction of misprints in the court decision, and pass a relevant resolution.
