Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems necessary to conclude Constitutional Reform regarding Regulation of Activity of the Local Self-Government and Executive Bodies and considers reasonable to draft a relevant Bill on Amendments to the Basic Law.

 

Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine believes that process of amending the Constitution should be started from the very beginning. A. Yatseniuk has emphasized: «We have to switch to radical changes of functions and role of the Local Self-Government and regional state administrations. I personally support control and surveillance functions of regional state administrations and transfer of functions concerning local budget fixing and implementation to exevutive committees».
