The Bill (Reg. No.2330) defines goals, tasks, priorities and conditions of public property privatization for Years 2008-2012.
The Bill establishes the following priorities of privatization in Years 2008-2012: enhancement of public property structure in the industrial sector; attraction of consumers interested in the permanent development of enterprises to privatization; sale of small holdings of shares, specifically determined immovable property objects, objects of incomplete construction; sale of loss-making enterprises under purchaser´s obligation to provide financial rehabilitation; sale of liquid assets to secure implementation of the budget tasks, etc.
The Program envisages a complex of actions concerning financial and information provision of its implementation.
