The Bill (Reg. No.2402), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, eliminates discrepancy in the effective legislative acts regarding regulation of storage of two types of documents registration cases in the State registrar, and cases related to insurance payments in the Social Accident Insurance Fund.
The members of the Sub-Committee on State Social Insurance, Development of Social Partnership and Activity of Public Associations the Parties of Social Partnership endorsed adoption of the Bill.
They believe that adoption of the Bill will optimize the periods of documentation storage.
The Committee forwarded its resolution to the profile Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship.
