The Committee for Foreign Affairs recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Readmission of Citizens of both States

The Bill (Reg. No. 0058) envisages ratification of the Agreement that regulates the readmission procedure between the Contractual Parties, which will render a possibility to carry out joint actions aimed at prevention, elimination and detection of infringements related to illegal migration.  

 

Ratification of the Agreement will promote fighting illegal migration, and reduce negative impact of illegal migration. Adoption of the Bill will enhance efficiency of joint counteraction to illegal migration.
