The Bill enhances the procedure of realization of court decisions on cases concerning contraband and violation of customs regulations in order to prevent possible violations.
The President of Ukraine believes that the said Law adopted by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 5 April 2007 is to be coordinated with the Budget Code of Ukraine as regards placing of funds received from property sale to a single treasury account of the State Budget of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies recommend that the Parliament rejects the motions of the President of Ukraine and forwards the Law to the Committee on Justice for further elaboration.
