The Bill (Reg. No.2421) extends the range of types of economic activity subject to licensing. Namely, such types include design, installation, repair and maintenance of systems and devices of burglar alarm, access control, video and telesurveillance.
The Committee members stated that the effective Law envisages licensing of such types of economic activity as design, installation, repair and maintenance of fire protection, rendering of services related to protection of public or other property, and protection of citizens. The said types are similar to the ones indicated in the Bill.
Therefore, the People´s Deputies deem reasonable to refuse from supplementing Article 9 of the Law with a new paragraph, and implement the said legislative proposal by specifying the types of economic activity already envisaged by the Article.
