The Bill (Reg. No.1468) introduces amendments to the Law "On Nuclear Waste Treatment" which define the status, procedure of collection and allocation of funds of the Nuclear Waste Treatment Fund.
Moreover, the Bill amends the Law "On Protection of the Environment". The amendments envisage that the dues for pollution of the environment will be also collected for production and temporary storage of nuclear waste. Pursuant to the Bill, the said funds will be collected to the State Budget of Ukraine, and allocated for realization of the State Program on Nuclear Waste Treatment.
