The Bill (Reg. No.2333) defines legal principles of foundation and operation of priority development territories.
Pursuant to the Bill, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine grants the status of a priority development territory due to the results of monitoring social and economic conditions of districts and towns of regional importance, and according to the appeal of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Bill envisages control over observance of commitments by the economic entities as regards realization of their investment projects.
