The Bill (Reg. No. 2354) regulates dismissal and termination of authorities of the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Thus, it unifies terminology and coordinates the procedure of dismissing the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with regulations of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Laws "On the High Council of Justice", and "On the Status of Judges".
The Bill envisages that the person dismissed from the post of a judge of the Constitutional Court is liable to rehabilitation in office, as it is a practical implementation of the constitutional right for court protection".
The People´s Deputies stated that several regulations of the Bill have certain defects concerning technical and judicial aspects.
The People´s Deputies also expressed diverse opinions concerning possibility of dismissing judges of the Constitutional Court at the sitting of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
