According to the Committee members, it is necessary to take into account the necessity to promote energy saving of the subjects of entrepreneurship, whilst elaborating the Draft State Budget for Year 2009.
The State Budget should envisage innovative development of Ukrainian industry on the grounds of national scientific accomplishments and modern technologies.
To combine science with production, it is important to pay due attention to enhancement of scientific provision of industry development.
Moreover, the Committee members deem necessary to enhance funding of the National Program of Small Entrepreneurship Promotion in Ukraine.
Relevant motions have been forwarded to the Committee on Budget.
