The Committee members have considered the Bill on amendments to several legal acts of Ukraine (regarding regulating of prejudicial inquiry organs) proposed by the People´s Deputy H. Moskal.
The Committee has also considered the Bill on amendments to several legal acts of Ukraine (regarding enhancement of prejudicial inquiry system and bringing it into accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine) proposed by the People´s Deputy S. Oliynyk.
The Committee members suppose that matters of legislative ensuring of bringing prejudicial inquiry system of Ukraine into accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the necessity of which was stressed by the Bills´ authors, should be considered in the framework of consideration of the Bill "On the Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine" (Reg. No. 2491) prepared by the Committee.
Taking this into account, the Committee recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine rejects both Bills on the results of first reading consideration.
