The Bill (Reg. No. 1273) was submitted by the People´s Deputy R.Tkach.
The Bill introduces amendments to Part 4 of Article 22 of the Land Code of Ukraine to regulate its statements as regards possibility of rendering the right of ownership to the foreign citizens, Stateless persons, and foreign business entities for the land plots of agricultural purpose on the grounds of inheritance, as it is established by Parts 4 of Articles 81 and 82 of the said Code.
The Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill at the First Reading due to the results of consideration at the First Reading.
The Committee members believe that owing to the said adoption, the bodies of State registration of land ownership rights will properly apply the Land Code of Ukraine whilst granting the State acts of ownership right for the land plots of agricultural purpose, obtained due to inheritance, to the foreign citizens, Stateless persons, and foreign business entities.
