The Bill (Reg. No. 2425) substitutes the term "authorized fund" with the term "authorized capital" in the relevant legislative acts of Ukraine.
Adoption of the said amendments is aimed at elimination of inconsistencies between the regulations of legislative acts as regards employment of the terms "authorized capital" and "authorized fund".
The Bill introduces amendments to 14 legislative acts of Ukraine, coordinating their regulations with the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Economic Entities".
The Committee members uphold the said amendments.
