The Bill (Reg. No.2408), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, defines conditions when the State aid is denied to the low-income families, its rate is reduced and its payment is terminated.
The Bill was elaborated due to the results of audit of use of State budget subventions allocated to the local budgets for the State social aids. The audit was carried out by the Central Control-Revision Administration of Ukraine in the third quarter of 2007.
The Committee members upheld the Bill, since its adoption will contribute to due allocation of the State social aid granted to the low-income families, and enhance control over its assignment.
