Pursuant to the Convention (Reg. No.0014), the Contractual Parties are to define national central bodies in charge of implementation of its regulations, establish the principles of cooperation between the authorized bodies in cases of illegal relocation of children or restoration of custody of children.
Ratification of the Convention will promote enhancement of legal regulation of custody of children in Ukraine´s relations with the Member States of the said Convention.
