Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2124) "an immigration permit can be issued to the foreigners and stateless persons who had to leave their permanent residence places in the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia in Georgia, arrived in Ukraine, received a temporary certificate under the established procedure, and have been living in Ukraine for at least 5 years; and also to their adult children who arrived in Ukraine with their parents before the full age, and submitted a request for the certificate of temporary residence in Ukraine".
