The Bill (Reg. No.1434) extends simplified taxation and accounting system to the activity of small business subjects in the field of sale of art, collecting and antiques objects. The Bill also abolishes licensing of the said activity.
The Committee members stated that the Bill abolishes licensing of the activity concerning resale of art, collecting and antiques objects, arrangement of tender (auction) for art, collecting or antiques objects.
The Committee members believe that extension of the simplified taxation and accounting system of small business subjects to the said brokers will eliminate hidden market. On the other hand, it will have two negative consequences: decrease of budget revenue and inequitable taxation of persons who are related to the small business subjects on the formal basis.
The Committee recommends that the profile Committee and the Parliament forwards the said Bill for further elaboration.
