The Bill (Reg. No.1298) improves the mechanism of termination of deputy´s authorities, in case he is elected a member of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Bill introduces amendments to Articles 7, 8, 9 of the Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and Article 5 of the Law "On the Status of a People´s Deputy of Ukraine", pursuant to which, the deputy´s authorities of a person appointed as a member of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, are terminated simultaneously with the appointment to the relevant position.
The appeal on termination of deputy´s authorities is to be submitted by the deputy who has not yet become a member of the Government.
