Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1105), in case a legal entity becomes bankrupt, claim settlement priority is granted not only to arrears of wages for three months before the proceedings against bankruptcy were instituted or labour relations were dismissed, but also to commitments of a bankrupt to his employees, regardless of the time of their origin. Moreover, commitments concerning payments of insurance dues for obligatory State social insurance are also regarded as claims for priority settlement.
