Adoption of draft of the health-care reform in Ukraine would make a push to complicated and one of the most important reforms of the present days.
Asked by Rada TV channel, the Parliament’s chairperson A.Parubii gave a commentary that despite plenty of recent reforms the health-care area had been the least-developed one and it was high time to undertake the risks. 227 MPs backed up the decision.
The draft bill
‘delivered a completely new philosophy of health-care financing, insomuch new
that there were very few who managed to refrain from criticism’.
The session hall discussion ‘was all in all quite intense’. The chairperson felt at that time pleased at having finally achieved the clear majority of the 227 ‘Spartans’, which opened door for further discussions and consultations.
