The Bill (Reg. No.1130) supplements Article 17 of the basic Law with the regulation, pursuant to which, the rate of prices for electric and heat energy is formed with the consideration of all expenditures of power industry subjects related to the implementation of the General Contract between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, national associations of employers and entrepreneurs, and national trade unions.
The Committee resolved to recommend that Yu. Karakay, the author of the Bill, further elaborates the Bill, taking into account the motion, introduced at the meeting.
