The Bill (Reg. No.0883) introduces amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and 10 effective laws.
Inter alia, the amendments appertain to the following:
establishment of the procedure for holding public discussions regarding local regulations of construction and town planning documentation;
enhancement of the procedure of land plots allocation, land preparation for sale by auction;
creation of favourable legal conditions for introducing local regulations of town construction into the practice of local self-government.
The Committee recommends that the parliament considers the Bill at the Second Reading and adopts it in its entirety. Moreover, the title of the Bill is to be the following: "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine appertaining to Promotion of Construction".
