The Statute (Reg. No.0034) defines goals and principles of cooperation between the member States of the said international organization, its structure and main orientation of its activity.
Participation of Ukraine in the GUAM will contribute to consolidation of its positive image, development of economic and political relations, and intensification of cooperation both at regional, and international levels.
