On a Commission from Yatseniuk A.P., the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, of 9 January 2008, the Committee scrutinized the Letter of Baloha V.I., the Head of the Presidential Secretariat, of 29.12.07 № 02-02/2773 regarding scrutinizing 73 Bills, adopted as a basis by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 5th Convocation, and 40 Bills, adopted in entirety during the period of 2 April 27 June 2007.
The Committee decided to recommend that Yatseniuk A.P., the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls on the Conciliative Council to coordinate all the Bills, adopted at the First and further Readings and in entirety during the period of 2 April 3 June 2007, introduce them to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and consider at the Second and further Readings, pursuant to Part 2 of Article 101 of the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
