At the meeting, the Committee members considered Draft Resolutions "On the Creation of a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Facts of the Violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Laws, and Adoption of Illegitimate Resolutions by Chernovetsky L.M., Kyiv Mayor, and the Officials of Kyiv Local Self-Government and Executive Bodies", submitted by Portnov A.V. and Kniazevych R.P., the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, (as a replacement of earlier submitted Reg. No. 1137 of 22.11.2008), and "On the Creation of a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate Activity of the Executive Body of Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration)", submitted by Miroshnychenko Yu. R., the People´s Deputy of Ukraine (as a replacement of earlier submitted Reg. No. 1137-1 of 22.01.2008).
After the discussion, the Committee members decided to submit for parliamentary consideration the Draft Resolution "On the Creation of a Temporary Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Facts of the Violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian Laws, and Adoption of Illegitimate Resolutions by the Officials of Kyiv City Council and its Executive Body" (Reg. No. 1137-д of 5.02.2008), approved by the authors of both Draft Resolutions.
