The Bill (Reg. No.2234) defines specific methods for establishing common prices that are used in the international practice.
According to the object of legislative regulation, the Bill belongs to the priority field of coordination of Ukrainian legislation with the EU laws.
In the European Union, the said field is regulated by the Treaty establishing the European Community, Council Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax, and the Code of Good Practice on Taxation of Entrepreneurship. The Committee members stressed that the Bill complies with the regulations and the contents of the said international documents.
