The Bill (Reg. No.1429-1) regulates the issue concerning the declaration about the property status, income and expenditures submitted by the highest officials of Ukraine, public officials of 1-3 ranks and leaders of the local self-government bodies.
The Committee members deem necessary to secure effective public financial control over the declarations of income and expenditures to be submitted by the public officials. However, these issues are basically regulated by effective legislation of Ukraine.
