Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1483), medical and paramedical personnel employed in public and municipal healthcare institutions are to be granted the following: long-service increment monthly at the per cent rate depending on the record of medical service; annual pecuniary recompense for diligent work in the amount of single wage rate; aid for health improvement in the amount of monthly wage granted by rendering annual leave; monthly additional payments in the amount of 25 per cent of the wage rate for work in public and municipal healthcare institutions.
